We offer local delivery in Singapore at a flat rate of $5, and free shipping is available for orders above $85. No pick up options at the moment.

All orders will be processed in 2 -3 working days, and will take another 2 - 5 working days to be delivered once shipped.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to make any changes or cancel your order. Unfortunately no edits or cancellations can be made once the item is shipped.

All treats are from The Meat Bar. They have been feeding Moonkek since he was a food-rejecting wee little devil, and I can't share enough about how much I respect their commitment to quality, their values, and the standards they hold themselves to.

Absolutely. Whether you're experimenting or just figuring out what your cat actually likes, the boxes work either way.

All items are fixed and we don't have any extra replacements. If there’s something your floof doesn't eat, you can consider gifting it to a friend.

To keep the project inclusive for all households and dietary preferences, we chose to exclude pork entirely.

Do note that the treats are still processed in a facility where pork is handled.

Google or chatgpt can probably tell you more about the benefits of each ingredient than we can, actually.

We're choosing to move away from phrases like "rich in vitamin x" or "support joint health" or "boost immunity system" because our treats are not meant to fill any nutritional gaps, support or boost anything else other than fun and happiness. Your floof should already be on a balanced and complete diet, and these treats are just extra bonuses.

Not at all. It's totally optional and there are zero obligations to share anything.

Definitely. We're aiming to launch a full range of treats for our shop and this project helps us to gauge what cats prefer so we can provide better options for the community.
